The Jetty is an example of outstanding architecture and was a personal inspiration of our Chairman. The multiple award-winning restaurant is perched on the water’s edge in the grounds of Christchurch Harbour Hotel & Spa, with panoramic harbour views.
The building is believed to be the first carbon positive building in the UK, taking 24 hours for the outside temperature to affect the internal, due to insulation properties derived from its saw dust block walls and its sedum roof.
