NJG Acquires Two Hampshire Care Facilities

Nicolas James Group is delighted to announce the expansion of it’s extensively awarded Manor Life Senior Care group through the acquisition of two new care homes, St. Cross Grange in Winchester and Park Manor in Poole.

Both homes are undergoing extensive refurbishment through project partners Nicolas James Building Ltd., and will provide much needed occupancy and quality care to local elderly residents.

St. Cross Grange will be completed and ready to welcome its first residents into one of the 64 luxuriously appointed bedrooms from Spring 2023, with 44 bedroom Poole Road opening later in Summer 2024.
